This is not a drill: The Abercrombie & Fitch Black Friday sale is underway. The savings are better than ever and they come just in time for your winter wardrobe overhaul. Until Dec. 1, everything—excluding gift cards and clearance items—is marked down 25 to 50 percent. And you can take an additional 15 percent off select styles when you use the code CYBERAF at checkout. Not to mention, kids items are currently up to 30 percent off, too. Not only can you do some holiday shopping and snag a few gifts for the kids in your life, but you can also save on beloved favorites, like the editor-approved Mid-Rise Barrel Jeans (was $90, now $57) and everything in between—hello, sweaters and holiday dresses. Read on to shop 12 of my favorite items that I’m buying before the sale ends.

ICYMI, we’ve been in the era of barrel jeans. The quirky style livens up the wide-leg silhouette, with a rounded, almost balloon-like structure. A&F’s mid-rise take is relaxed in the waist and hips, tapering at the ankles. There are three washes (light, medium, dark) and petite and tall lengths, in addition to regular. When it comes to styling, take a page from PureWow Senior Commerce Editor Stephanie Maida. She recommends pairing the pants with a fitted top, belting the waist and opting for some pointy-toed shoes. Great for petites and tall gals alike.

I love a good wool coat to get me through winter’s less frigid days. It’s a closet staple and instant classic, making any outfit a tad more polished. A&F’s Carrie coat is smartly cut, with dramatic lapels and double-breasted buttons. You can choose from six colors, of which I have my eye on houndstooth, plus the trendy red wine and dark coffee colors. The coat is slightly oversized with a relaxed cut, coming in just below the knees. Petite and tall sizing is available as well, in sizes XXS to XL.

3. Abercrombie & Fitch Sloane Pants

Abercrombie & Fitch

Workwear has never been so comfortable. The Sloane pants are a PureWow-editor favorite, with PureWow Fashion Editor Abby Hepworth writing, “The material has just enough stretch to feel super comfy around my waist and has enough weight to drape and flow beautifully while I walk. The fabric is also lightweight (but not sheer in the lighter colors), so I can comfortably wear them all year round, and steams really nicely so it’s easy to get out wrinkles and creases, no ironing necessary.” If that’s not high praise for workwear, I don’t know what is. There are nine available, colors, including some more daring shades like burgundy, herringbone and pinstripe.

4. Abercrombie & Fitch Mila Dress

Abercrombie & Fitch

I know we’re approaching the dead of winter, but I, for one, am already thinking about how to best optimize my summer wardrobe. The cheerful Mila dress seems to be the answer. With a cute, simple square neckline, midi skirt and—importantly—pockets, it’s poised to become a go-to outfit. Colors include a sunny yellow gingham, juniper with polk-a-dots and lovely sea green. Design aside, I’m most jazzed about its 98 percent cotton fabric, which will be lightweight and cooling.

5. Abercrombie & Fitch Mary Janes

Abercrombie & Fitch

It’s been several years since balletcore blew through, and we still can’t get enough of the ballet flat. I’ve observed it in every iteration, including ballet pumps and prim Mary Janes. A&F’s got their own take on this timeless design, including chocolate brown shoes with metal studs and a sheer polk-a-dot number that feels perfect for the holiday season. The shoes are made from vegan suede and vegan leather, and run from US size 6 to 11.

6. Abercrombie & Fitch Eyelet Blouse

Abercrombie & Fitch

Another trend to come out of 2025 was eyelet. From spring to fall, the pattern was everywhere, and with good reason. It’s another one of those classic cuts that never really goes out of style, even when TikTok isn’t in a tizzy over it anymore. This blouse, a design in collaboration with Kemo Sabe, comes in cream or black with scalloped hems and lace details that  give it a Western flair.

7. Abercrombie & Fitch Wrap Dress

Abercrombie & Fitch

Looking for a cute (daring!) holiday party dress? This little wrap number is sure to dazzle, with its plunging neckline and flowing fabric. It gives the illusion of diaphanous chiffon while actually being a comfortable woven material.

As the name implies, you’ve probably found your new weekend uniform. And don’t write them off, just because they’re sweats. The high-rise fleece pants have a fashionable wide-leg cut, come in a dozen fun colors and can, in some cases, be paired with the coordinating Sunday Hoodie ($60; $45) to create a matching set.

9. Abercrombie & Fitch Baby Tee

Abercrombie & Fitch

You can never have too many basics in your closet, and this double-lined long-sleeve T-shirt is something to reach for on repeat. Keep it in a slew of colors (there are ten), or stock up on a versatile shade like white, gray, brown or black. There are so many ways to style it, especially when cold temps demand some strategic layering. I’d throw it on under an oversized sweater or blazer, paired with some jeans or a good wool skirt. The shirt is made of 95 percent cotton, with 5 percent elastane for a comfortable stretch.

10. Abercrombie & Fitch Croc Loafers

Abercrombie & Fitch

I recently watched Julia Roberts’ new movie, After the Hunt, and since then, all I’ve been able to think about is her character’s old-money academia style. Loafers, of course, are part of the uniform, and I’ve been scheming to find a pair of my own. This croc-embossed pair is under $50, with a wide footbed—music to my ears. Or, rather, my wide feet

11. Abercrombie & Fitch Long Puffer

Abercrombie & Fitch

As much as I love a wool coat, sometimes, I just want to be a toasty slug/marshmallow. Recently, I caved and bought a puffer parka that drops down to my ankles, and it was some of the best money I’ve ever spent on clothes. If you, like me, live in a cold climate, you should snap up this long puffer, which is rated “warmest” on the CLO Warmth Testing scale. The coat has a removable hood, faux fur collar, storm cuffs and more features to keep you insulated against cruel winter winds.

12. Abercrombie & Fitch City Tote

Abercrombie & Fitch

If you ask me…the Birken is overrated. (Please don’t @ me, all respect to Jane.) What I do appreciate about it, though, is the belted style—and belted bags are everywhere right now. A more IYKYK silhouette that evokes the Birken shape is The Row’s Margaux bag. IMO, A&F’s City Tote is a mix of the best parts of each brand. The capaciousness of the Margaux and the shiny hardware of the Birken. The fact that it’s literally one percent of the cost? Sign me up…
