Netflix Shares Teaser for ‘Selling Sunset’ Season 4 & New Spinoff Series ‘Selling Tampa’

Two weeks after we learned there was a Selling Sunset spinoff in the works, Netflix surprised us all by announcing a second spinoff, and it’s premiering the same day as season four of the original.

On Wednesday, the streaming platform dropped a new clip that teased both the upcoming season of the reality drama as well as a new series, called Selling Tampa. In the clip, we see the casts of both TV shows strutting on the top of a high-rise building and tossing keys up in the air. The footage also revealed that while iseason four will be dropping on November 24 (yup—that’s today), Selling Tampa will be released on December 15.

Netflix’s official synopsis for Selling Tampa reads, “Along the Florida coast, Allure Realty stands out among the crowd. Owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, this all Black, all-female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast. These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate. Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage and won't let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality.”

As for season four of Selling Sunset, several O.G. cast members are returning, including Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Mary Fitzgerald, Romain Bonnet, Heather Rae Young, Amanza Smith, Maya Vander and Davina Potratz. Newcomers Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan are also joining the cast. Oh, and how could we forget about Jason and Brett Oppenheim?

Looks like our Thanksgiving just got more dramatic.
