It’s been three days since Princess Sofia of Sweden and her husband, Prince Carl Philip, welcomed their fourth child (and first daughter). And now, the proud mom is following in Kate Middleton’s footsteps as an amateur photographer

This week, the Swedish royal family shared the first photo of the newborn, named Princess Ines. The palace also confirmed that Princess Sofia took the picture, which shows the baby snuggled in a blanket.

The caption read, “Princess Ines photographed by Princess Sofia.”

Fans and followers filled the comments section with congratulatory messages. One person wrote, “Adorable! Congratulations on the little Princess!” Another added, “She’s so lovely [red heart emoji].”

The first photo came just a few days after the Swedish royal family announced Princess Ines’s arrival. At the time, the couple didn’t publicly reveal the newborn’s name, but they did confirm it’s a girl.

"Today, Friday 7th February at 1.10 p.m., HRH Princess Sofia gave birth to a daughter at Danderyd Hospital in Stockholm,” the announcement read. “The baby weighs 3645 grams and is 49 centimetres long. Prince Carl Philip was present at Danderyd Hospital throughout the birth.”

Princess Sofia and Prince Carl Philip are also parents to three sons, Prince Alexander, 8, Prince Gabriel, 7, and Prince Julian, 3. Princess Ines will join the Swedish line of succession in the eighth spot behind her brothers. (FYI, Prince Carl Philip is currently fourth in line to the throne.)
