If you ask me, Princess Anne is the real icon of the royal family. On the record, she's the British monarchy's hardest working royal. And between all those engagements, she still somehow manages to be a fashion icon and throw shade at her nephew...and did I mention she's 75?!

Well, one said engagement happened this weekend in Scotland—and the septuagenarian looked spry as ever.

In an Instagram post shared to the royal family's account, the first in a carousel of photos shows the Princess Royal sitting plum amongst a sea of rugby players, decked out in a coordinating navy ensemble, black boots and her signature bouffant.

"Always a joy to be at Murrayfield to watch some rugby! šŸ‰" the caption reads. "This week, as Patron of the Scottish Rugby Union, The Princess Royal visited the Scottish Rugby Team as they took part in a ā€˜Team Run’ training session.

Wishing @scotlandteam the best of luck for the rest of the season!"

The following photos offered a glimpse into the princess's visit with the team, meeting players and chatting with officials. The men's team calls Murrayfield—Scotland's largest stadium—its home base, while the women's team plays at Hive Stadium in Edinburgh. Currently, the men's team is playing the Quilter Nations Series, which kicks off today. Scotland will face the United States, before going on to play New Zealand, Argentina and Tona over consecutive weekends.

As if Princess Anne weren't busy enough, just days before her Scottish jaunt, she was doing her duties at Windsor Castle. The royal is one of three family members (including her brother, King Charles and nephew, Prince William) who can host investiture ceremonies. Among this one's honorees was Sir James Anderson, made a Knight Bachelor for Services to Cricket.

Hoping the hardest-working royal can catch a break soon.
