Sorry, ladies and gents, but Prince Louis of Luxembourg is officially off the market (again).
Earlier today, the Grand Ducal Court of Luxembourg revealed that the 34-year-old royal is engaged to Scarlett-Lauren Sirgue. The royal family announced the exciting news in a statement and shared three never-before-seen photos of the couple.
The first photo shows Prince Louis (not to be confused with Prince William and Kate Middleton’s youngest child) candidly posing for the camera alongside Sirgue. We can’t take our eyes off of her massive engagement ring, which consists of a large diamond set on a delicate gold band.
The second picture features the pair standing alongside the royal’s parents, Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa. It’s followed by a solo shot of the newly engaged couple, who are practically glowing.
According to the statement, the royals couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome Sirgue into the family. “We are very happy to announce the engagement of our son Prince Louis to Miss Scarlett-Lauren Sirgue,” the Grand Duke said. “Princes Gabriel and Noah join us in surrounding the new couple with all our affection. We wish them immense happiness.”
The Grand Duke of Luxembourg is referring to the two sons Prince Louis shares with his ex-wife, Tessy Antony de Nassau: Prince Gabriel (15) and Prince Noah (13).
