Today’s a big day for the royal famPrince Louis just turned seven! The youngest child of Prince William and Kate Middleton is officially inching closer to the big-kid zone and to celebrate, Kensington Palace dropped a brand-new birthday video of the little prince in his element.

The video, simply captioned “Seven today!,” shows Louis living his best life in the great outdoors. Think: hopping on logs, posing with that classic royal poise, sitting on a stump and just vibing with nature. One thing you can’t miss? His sweet, toothy grin—or rather, the noticeable lack of a couple front teeth. He’s truly in that fun, growing-up-fast stage.

Let’s talk fashion real quick. Louis kept it cool and classic in dark jeans, an olive green sweater and a crisp white checkered shirt collar popping out—effortlessly stylish, just like his fam. The whole montage is set to soft, serene music that could totally be playing in a spa. Honestly? It’s a vibe.

Watching the clip, I couldn’t help but think: When did he get so big?! He looks like he’s grown a solid foot overnight. I had to do a double take—for a split second, I thought it was Prince George.

Naturally, fans flooded the comments with birthday wishes and the same stunned realization. “Turning into a handsome little man,” one wrote. “You are a big boy now… how time flies,” said another. One comment really summed it up, writing, “Happiest of birthdays to the little prince!! When did he grow up?!”

The vibe of Prince Louis’s birthday video is also giving serious déjà vu—in the best way. It totally mirrors the aesthetic of the videos Middleton recently shared while spotlighting her work with the Scouts (the ones with Kate strolling through the woods, bonding with the kids and kneeling down to check out a map with them). The whole thing feels super serene and cinematic, complete with a soft instrumental soundtrack that’s straight out of a cozy nature doc, much like Prince Louis's birthday video.

Earlier in the day, Kensington Palace also posted a new portrait of Louis. But this year’s photo had a twist—instead of Princess Catherine snapping the shot (as she usually does), professional photographer Josh Shinner was credited. A royal curveball I didn’t see coming.

All in all, the internet agrees: Happy seventh birthday, Prince Louis!
