Royal fans were in for a treat this week because Kensington Palace just dropped not one, but two new videos featuring Kate Middleton. Aside from a Pet Day post (which was super adorable and put a rumor to rest), fans haven't seen much of the Princess of Wales in the last few weeks. But now, she's back in the spotlight with a heartfelt message about something close to her heart: the healing power of nature.

In the first video, filmed during a recent trip to the Lake District, Kate joins Chief Scout Dwayne Fields and a group of young Scouts—she’s joint president of the organization, after all—for a day outdoors. The footage shows her walking through the woods, chatting with the kids and crouching beside them as they study a map. It’s peaceful, grounding and beautifully shot—set to a calming instrumental soundtrack that gives it major “cozy nature documentary” vibes.

The second video gives viewers more of Middleton’s personal reflections on why the outdoors mean so much to her.

"I find it a very spiritual and very intense emotional reconnection I suppose, these environments," she says in the video. "Not everyone has that same relationship perhaps with nature, but it is so therefore meaningful for me as a place to balance and find a sort of sense of peace and reconnection in what is otherwise a very busy world."

The caption doubles down on her message, which reads, "Spending time in the natural world provides a sense of balance and belonging… That is why organisations like @scouts are so important. #SkillsForLife."

The full video is up on YouTube but fans didn’t wait to share their thoughts in the comments.

"I suffer with anxiety and depression and being among nature is better than any medication. It is so important for our mental health,” one wrote. Another added, “So much better than scrolling or isolating yourself at home.”

Kate’s message is clear and judging by the response, it's one we can agree with.
