Prince Harry Dishes on Archie’s Schooling and How He Fits in Personal Time with Two Kids

Prince Harry just had his first official appearance of 2022 and it provided us with all kinds of new information about the royal.

The Duke of Sussex joined a virtual panel for BetterUp, an organization that provides employee coaching and mental health services in the workplace. During his appearance, we learned many interesting tidbits, like the fact that he is one of Serena Williams's life coaches. “I know I joke a lot, but Harry is actually one of my coaches,” Williams said. “Whenever I see him, he’s always solving all my life’s problems.”

But better yet, we also got a sense of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's home life, thanks to personal anecdotes the duke offered. Prince Harry explained how he fits in moments of self-care, saying, “Even if you do have 15 minutes slate of white space, I now put in about half an hour or 45 minutes in the morning when I'm like, ‘OK, one of the kids has gone to school, the other one is taking a nap.’ There's a break in our program.”

He elaborated on how he fills that space, saying, “It's either for workout, take the dog for a walk, get out in nature, maybe meditate.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle share two kids—Archie Harrison, 2, and Lilibet Diana, 8 months. While the pair tend to keep details about their children under wraps, it was reported that they began sending their older child to nursery school in California at the beginning of this year.

The Sussexes previously talked about parenthood in the Christmas card they shared a couple months back, where they wrote, “This year, 2021, we welcomed our daughter, Lilibet, to the world. Archie made us a 'Mama' and a 'Papa,' and Lili made us a family.”

Raising two young kids is tough, but we're glad the duke is still able to fit in some “me-time.”
