Prince Felix of Denmark Turns 18! See the Royal’s New Birthday Portraits

It appears Prince George isn’t the only royal who’s celebrating a birthday on this fine day.

Introducing Prince Felix of Denmark, who turned 18 today, July 22. To honor the royal, the family released three brand-new birthday portraits of Prince Felix, who is seriously photogenic.

The first photo in the slideshow features a close-up of Prince Felix. If you scroll to the right, you’ll see another pic of the young royal standing in front of a gorgeous lake. In the last photo, the prince is joined by his older brother, Prince Nikolai (20), who is casually leaning against a picnic table.

The translated caption reads, “Today is His Highness Prince Felix’s 18th birthday [Danish flag emoji]. The prince will be celebrated privately by family and friends throughout the day. After the summer holidays, His Highness starts his third year at Gammel Hellerup Gymnasium, where the Prince follows a social science field of study.”

Prince Felix is the youngest son of Prince Joachim and his former wife, Alexandra, Countess of Frederiksborg. The teenager is currently eighth in the line of succession to the Danish throne. Although Danish is his first language, he also fluently speaks French, English and German. Not to mention, Prince Felix is currently single (to our knowledge).

Prince Felix shares the special day with Prince George, who also posed for a series of birthday portraits (broken button included).
