Netflix Wants You to Get Ready for ‘Sex Education’ Season 3 With New Recap Video

Netflix is just four days away from dropping season three of Sex Education. So, naturally, the streaming platform wanted to prepare viewers by releasing a season two recap video.

The eight-minute clip was released on YouTube earlier this week, with Otis Millburn (Asa Butterfield) and Eric Effiong (Ncuti Gatwa) providing an “official Moordale News update.” And yes, they make sure to remind us that the last we saw the gang, Otis revealed his love for Maeve (Emma Mackey). To get all caught up, watch the recap below.

The latest clip comes one week after the platform dropped the official trailer for the third installment, which will consist of eight episodes.

Netflix’s official synopsis reads, “It’s a new year, Otis is having casual sex, Eric and Adam are official, and Jean has a baby on the way. Meanwhile, new headteacher Hope tries to return Moordale to a pillar of excellence, Aimee discovers feminism, Jackson gets a crush and a lost voicemail still looms. Prepare for commitment animals, alien phenomena, vulva cupcakes and much more of Madam Groff.”

The popular series also stars Aimee-Lou Wood, Kedar Williams-Stirling, Chaneil Kular, Simone Ashley, Mimi Keene, Tanya Reynolds, Mikael Persbrandt, Patricia Allison, Sami Outalball, Anne-Marie Duff, George Robinson, Chinenye Ezeudu, Alistair Petrie, Samantha Spiro, Rakhee Thakrar and Jim Howick.

Guess we don’t have to rewatch the whole second season. (But we probably still will.) Sex Education season three will hit Netflix on September 17.
