Jennifer Lopez’s 11-Year-Old Daughter Will Probably Be a Pop Star Soon

Looks like the apple doesn't fall from the tree in Jennifer Lopez’s family. The pop sensation just released a video featuring her 11-year-old daughter Emme—and the girl has got some serious pipes.

The ten-minute clip was posted to Lopez's official YouTube channel and gave audiences a behind-the-scenes look at the 49-year-old’s preparations for a live performance of her newest single, "Medicine," which she performed for the first time on May 6 forthe Today Show. But at just about the five-minute mark, Lopez is seen spending time with Emme by the piano while her daughter performed some of Alicia Key’s If I Ain't Got You.

“You do it in the original key, right?” Lopez asked Emme. And with a little coaching, she belted out the song. “We should have her come out and do something on tour,” Lopez continued. We would absolutely second that motion.

If you didn’t know, Lopez’s It’s My Party Tour (taking place in honor of her 50th birthday) kicks off in Los Angeles on June 7 and will travel across the country. So…is it possible there could be a surprise mother-daughter duet in store for audiences? It definitely seems so.

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard the 11-year-old sing. Back in February, Lopez posted a sweet birthday clip on Instagram featuring Emme singing How Far I’ll Go from the Disney movie Moana.

With parents like Jennifer and her ex-husband Marc Anthony, it's no surprise Emme is so talented. Now, all we need is her twin brother, Max, to sing backup.
