Jennifer Garner Sobs After Watching 'The Office' Finale in Touching (and Highly Relatable) Viral Video

Fact: Jennifer Garner's reaction to The Office finale is probably the best thing you'll see today.

On Instagram, the actress shared a relatable video of herself sobbing after she binge-watched the beloved sitcom. In the caption, she explained, "My kids and I have spent months piled on the couch working our way through 'How to Behave as Grownups,' aka #TheOffice. Apparently we are sensitive people—the finale hit us pretty hard. When I realized I’d accidentally shot my farewell testimonial in slo-mo I realized: your Monday might need this, too. #thankyoucastandcrew #pleasecomeoverweloveyou #icantwithfinales"

In the recording, a hysterical Garner is seen in her Dunder Mifflin shirt as she tries to wipe away her tears. But then, the video accidentally switches to slow-motion and we hear Garner's voice-over. She says, "You'll never guess what show my kids and I have watched an episode a day of throughout quarantine. And guess what? We finished it. And guess what? It gave me some pretty big feelings.”

The Peppermint actress also went on to poke fun at herself, saying, “Oh bless her heart. Oh my goodness, look who needed a big cry. And maybe a shower would have been helpful? But it's just nice to know you can still feel so much passion about something, right?”

Not surprisingly, her comments got flooded with excited responses from fellow fans and, even better, the cast of the show. Jenna Fischer, who starred as Pam Beesly, invited Garner to join her for another binge session after revealing that she was re-watching the series for her podcast, Office Ladies.

Angela Kinsey, who co-hosts the podcast with Fischer, also joined in to add that the finale "makes me bawl my eyes out too." And in response, Garner mentioned one of Angela's most emotional scenes on the show: when she finally admitted how she felt about Dwight.

Garner wrote, "I cannot even think about you saying I LOVE HIM to Oscar—but NOT the SENATOR! [crying emojis]" Same, girl, same.

While Mindy Kaling, who played office chatterbox Kelly Kapoor, left a simple heart emoji in the comments, the official Office account and the network, NBC, showed their appreciation by noting how happy her post made them.

Although we've already binge-watched the sitcom at lease three times, a fourth time doesn't sound so bad right about now.
