Jenna Dewan is determined to stay in shape—even if that means sweating it out to the point of utter exhaustion. In the process, however, the Step Up actress gave fans a glimpse of her home garage gym and it's quite spacious.
On her Instagram Story, Dewan shared a photo of herself in athletic wear while working out at her home gym. She wrote, "Scenes from a home garage gym," then added "Help" with the sleeping emoji. Been. There.
The garage includes a few dumbell weights, kettle bells, resistance bands and what appears to be a Halle Berry exercise guide. Behind her is a freestanding punching bag and, not surprisingly, a stroller for her baby.
This isn't the only time that the actress has shared a fitness post on Instagram. Only two weeks ago, Dewan posted clips of herself working out with her trainer and talked about how it's been helping her after her pregnancy. She said, "Pilates through allll the stages..." she wrote, "@physicalperfectionpilates has taken care of me before pregnancy, during pregnancy and after pregnancy/pandemic/quarantine (while I’m exhausted and on zoom in my dirty garage nonetheless..!) she is the BEST there is and Pilates is the only workout i have found that heals your body at the same time as staying in shape. Also #supportblackbusiness [heart emoji]."
In March, Dewan welcomed her baby boy, Callum, with her fiancé Steve Kazee. The couple announced the good news on Instagram, along with a photo of Dewan cuddling with their newborn. She wrote, "And just like that, our hearts exploded into all of eternity and beyond. Welcome to the world you little angel! [heart emoji] Callum Michael Rebel Kazee 3/6/20." Dewan also has a 7-year-old daughter, Everly, with her ex-husband Channing Tatum.
As for how the happy family is handling the quarantine, a source revealed that they've been spending a lot of quality time with Callum.
The insider told E! News, "Evie is there with them and they are all bonding with the baby. They aren't leaving the house and are just taking their time getting to know the baby and watching him feed and sleep."
