Yesterday, the 33-year-old actress posted a never-before-seen photo on Instagram, featuring her 2-year-old daughter, Banks Violet.
In the photo, Banks is cheesing for the camera as she stands in front of her mom, who is beaming with pride. From her button nose to her big brown eyes, there’s no denying that the toddler looks like a mini Lizzie McGuire.
Duff captioned the post, “Happy [pants emoji].”
Her followers immediately flooded the comments section with messages about the likeness between Duff and Banks. “Whoa, it’s lil McGuire,” one person wrote. Another added, “Literally your twin!”
This isn’t the first time Duff has posted a photo of her lookalike daughter. In August 2020, the actress shared a picture on Instagram, featuring Banks spending some quality time with her father, Matthew Koma. She simply captioned the post, “#girldad.”
Again, countless fans pointed out the striking resemblance between the toddler and her mom in the comments. One fan said, “She looks just like you!!!” Another wrote, “She could play baby Lizzie,” referring to the now-defunct Lizzie McGuire revival.
