It’s no secret that the Heated Rivalry lads and Pam Anderson stole the show during the Golden Globes red carpet. But during the ceremony, it was a surprising win in the Best Supporting Actress category that left a memorable impression.

Tonight, television’s biggest stars gathered at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles for the 83rd annual Golden Globes. During the ceremony, Teyana Taylor won the award for Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for her role in One Battle After Another.

Buzz in the category involved three of the actresses: Taylor, Ariana Grande and Amy Madigan.

Madigan has been the talk of the internet since her iconic (and witchy) Gladys first appeared on the scene back in August. Not only was she the best Halloween costume I saw this year (after the Labubu), but I've been quite vocal about just how good her performance was. Honestly, she deserves the nomination for that scene of her running through the neighborhood houses alone.

Taylor was nominated against Emily Blunt for The Smashing Machine, Elle Fanning for Sentimental Value, Grande for Wicked: For Good, Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas for Sentimental Value and Madigan for Weapons.

Last year, Zoe Saldaña won the award for playing Rita Mora Castro in Emilia Pérez. The actress delivered an emotional speech where she gushed over her co-stars.

“My heart is full of gratitude,” Saldaña said during the speech. “Thank you so much to the Golden Globes for celebrating our film and honoring the women of Emilia Pérez.”

She continued, “I’m so blessed that I’m sharing this moment with [Selena Gomez] and [Karla Sofía Gascón] and [director Jacques Audiard] and all of my fellow nominees.”

Saldaña was nominated against Gomez for Emilia Pérez, Grande for Wicked, Felicity Jones for The Brutalist, Margaret Qualley for The Substance and Isabella Rossellini for Conclave.
