This ‘Ginny and Georgia’ Star Made Her Grand Debut on ‘Live with Kelly and Ryan’ This Week

Fans of the popular Netflix show, Ginny and Georgia, were in for a surprise treat when they tuned into yesterday’s episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan

In a new update shared to the Live Instagram page, co-hosts Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest pose for a quick snap with actress Antonia Gentry, who made her first-ever appearance on the morning show. In case you didn’t know, she plays the one and only Ginny Miller in the comedy-drama series.

The montage video starts by showing the pic they all took together, where Ripa is seen rocking a beige dress with black polka dots. Meanwhile, Seacrest keeps things casual with a gray shirt and a suit to match. But, Gentry is giving major springtime vibes (despite the very cold NYC weather) with a lime green cardigan, a coordinating turtleneck and a short black pencil skirt.

Many Ginny and Georgia fans were excited to see the young actress appear on the show. One person wrote, “The BEST series! Love her!” Another chimed in and said, “She’s adorable [face covered in hearts emoji] love the show!” Even one person who’s never seen the show loved seeing Gentry on Live, writing, “OMG, never have seen the show, but [look] how adorable she is.”

Ginny and Georgia centers around a mother-daughter duo—Ginny (Gentry) and her mother Georgia (Brianne Howey)—who move to a small town in hopes of starting over. Shortly after the second season debuted on Netflix in the early part of January, the show quickly climbed to the number one spot on the streamer’s list of most-watched shows.
