What’s in Store for Tonight’s ‘Bachelor’ Finale? Here’s What We Know

Last night on part one of The Bachelor finale, Colton Underwood broke up with his two remaining contestants—Hannah G. and Tayshia. So, what can we expect during tonight’s conclusion?

While we won’t know until later, we have a pretty good idea about what’s going to happen. The first part is obvious: Underwood will fight for Cassie, who—unbeknownst to everyone except the producers—is still in Portugal. *Eye roll*

Since tomorrow’s episode will feature Underwood visiting Cassie and asking for a second chance, there are two ways this can go. First, Cassie could stand firm on her decision, claiming that she doesn’t know if she’ll ever be able to reciprocate his feelings. And second, she could give him another chance.

Let’s be clear: We’re not saying this will necessarily end in an engagement. (Sorry, Neil Lane.) But, if the proposal was off the table, Cassie wouldn’t have left in the first place. So, we think Underwood will offer an alternative: Leave the show as boyfriend and girlfriend, instead of fiance and fiancee.

The drama started in episode nine when Cassie sent herself home. Although Underwood confessed his feelings for her, she admitted that she didn’t know if she could “get there.” Underwood was understandably heartbroken, so he ran away from producers, jumped the fence and disappeared into the night. Mature, right?

Fast-forward to last night’s episode when Chris Harrison tracked down Underwood on the streets of Portugal and convinced him to go back to the hotel. The next day, Underwood claimed that Cassie was too afraid to admit her feelings and decided that he’s willing to fight for her love. Barf.

How will Cassie handle Underwood’s bombshell? And will she break his heart…again? Guess we’ll have to wait until part two of The Bachelor finale airs tonight, March 12, at 8 p.m. on ABC.
