It’s never really a surprise when kids take after their parents—whether it’s physical features, personality traits or even career paths. Growing up around a parent’s passion often leaves its mark and Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum’s daughter, Everly, is a perfect example. We’ve already seen the resemblance to dad—those striking eyes and blonde hair—and now, it looks like she’s following in both of their footsteps in another way: dancing.

You may remember that Jenna and Channing starred in the 2006 dance hit Step Up, showing off some seriously impressive moves. Fast-forward to today and 12-year-old Everly seems to have inherited those same dance genes.

Jenna recently posted a video of herself and Everly dancing together to The Black Eyed Peas’ “Rock Your Body,” complete with disco-inspired moves and some playful mother-daughter strutting. Honestly, it might be too early to predict a future professional dancer, but Everly is clearly off to a promising start. (Check it out here.)

The fun moment came while Jenna co-hosted Live with Kelly and Mark and brought her daughter along. “I love Bring Your Kids to Work Day,” Jenna captioned the post.

Jenna also shared another sweet clip of the duo in a photobooth, flicking through snapshots that included heart hands, sideways peace signs and kissy faces.

This isn’t the first time Jenna has shared a peek into her life with Everly online. She recently posted snapshots from a mother-daughter trip to Washington, D.C., which were just as heartwarming. Between the dance videos and sweet photo moments, it’s clear that Everly is already carving out her own little space in the spotlight.
