Say it ain’t so. Summer’s at its tail end, meaning we’re all trying to soak up as much of the season as possible before it’s over. One way to do that? Spend minimal time in the kitchen. Here are seven dinners to tackle this week that will only take you 30 minutes or less to pull together.

This healthy recipe is not only ready to devour in a half-hour, it also doesn’t require you to dirty a single pot or pan.
Thursday: 20-minute Shrimp Scampi Zoodles
Buttery, bright and spiked with dry white wine. We’re eating ours outside.
Friday: 15-minute Mediterranean Couscous With Tuna And Pepperoncini
Because your weekend should start as soon as humanly possible. Props to canned tuna for always coming in clutch.
Saturday: Honey-lime Chicken And Veggies In Foil
Our favorite part about cooking foil packets right on the barbecue? Way less cleanup.
Sunday: Baking Sheet Quesadillas
