If you’re still on the fence about buying an Instant Pot, consider two important things: One, you could have a tasty, homemade meal on your table in less time than it takes to pick up takeout. And two, it’s currently on super-sale at Amazon.

Yep, the kitchen darling that stole our hearts, stomachs and Pinterest feeds with the promise of lightning-fast soups, roasts and pots of polenta is currently only $80, or 60 percent off, for Cyber Monday. (The appliance usually retails for $100 to $200.) This particular model is the Instant Pot Max, 6-Quart, 9-in-1 Pressure Cooker. We like it for its versatile size (not too big, not too small) and multifunctional design. (Read: It really does it all).

The nine features in one (pressure cooker, pressure canner, sous vide, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer, sauté-er, yogurt maker and warmer) mean that, yeah, you can save time on a home-cooked meal…and you can also do over-the-top things like make and can homemade strawberry jam or pressure cook a lasagna (because why not?). This model features sustained 15 psi pressure cooking, which in layman’s terms means faster pressure cooking for longer periods of time. It also has a 24-hour delay function, so you can literally toss everything into the pot, press a button, go to sleep, forget you already made dinner and come home to a steaming hot meal.

Considering the price tag and popularity of this appliance, we have a feeling this deal will go fast. There are other Instant Pot savings at Amazon today, too, like the slightly larger 8-Quart Duo Evo Plus which is down to $90 from its usual $140. We truly love to see it.
