You’re mere days away from your next trip, and there’s a lot to get done. A trip to the pharmacy to stock up on SPF, a much-needed pedicure and—oh wait, did you ever dig that beach cover-up out of storage? And your favorite breezy dress is dry clean only, and currently in the dirty laundry pile. No chance of that happening before takeoff. Eek! Even as a person obsessed with packing lists and the art of packing cubes, I too have found myself in the position of feeling unprepared for my imminent vacation and wondering if it’s too indulgent to overnight a bunch of fabulous new bathing suits, summer dresses and colorful accessories.

Except, you don’t need to pay a fortune to get a whole vacation haul on short notice—multiple brands, like Amazon, Shopbop, Nordstrom, ASOS and Revolve all offer two-day shipping without completely breaking your holiday budget. So, whether you suddenly find the adorable one-piece from last summer doesn’t quite fit as well as you remember or your sister borrowed your favorite sandals last week and still hasn’t returned them, I’ve got you covered. Here are 16 must-have vacation-ready pieces that are chic, easy and at your doorstep in just two days’ time. Oh, and did I mention they’re all under $100 too? Happy shopping!

I Can’t Resist a Maximalist Aesthetic, Here are 14 Items I’m Buying for Summer

This one-piece swimsuit is giving me major Zimmerman vibes with that gorgeous duo of romantic floral prints. Because, yes, this comfy bathing suit is actually reversible, giving you double the options and clearing some much-need space in your suitcase. The straps are fully adjustable and it offers moderate coverage in the rear and at the bust. Reviewers say it fits true to size, and comes in US sizes 2-4 through 12-14.

Is it even vacation if you don’t rock a pair of denim shorts? This Levi’s pair is a bit longer, which is great for preventing chafing or riding up, but is also right on trend for summer 2025, as well. “As soon as I shimmied into the baggy Levi’s, I knew I struck gold,” reports former Associate Fashion Commerce Editor Stephanie Meraz. “The 6.5-inch inseam and baggy leg opening are an absolute dream if you hate wearing shorts like me. Not once does the fabric cling to any parts of my legs, thighs or hips, which means there’s absolutely no chafing or riding up.” Because, really, you have better things to focus on, like ordering another poolside tequila sunrise.

Whether you plan to wear them in your everyday life or just for pedicures and beach vacations, a good pair of flip flops is a summer essential, IMO. And there’s a reason Havaianas are such a beloved classic—they’re comfortable, well-made, come in every color under the sun and cost just $20. Be sure to check the size chart when ordering, as these sandals have their own sizing system.

A good matching set can make you feel totally polished with so little effort, a real win-win for trips of any kind. This linen-blend duo is lightweight and breathable, but not totally sheer, according to reviewers. Together, they give the look of  a chic strapless jumpsuit, great for a casual day of exploring or dinner out on the town. And separately these staples can be worn with just about anything—denim shorts, a swishy sarong, a bandana top, you bikini. Seriously, the possibilities are endless.

5. Tomosc Mini Skort

Amazon Tomosc

Get the look of s sexy mini with the security of shorts with this adjustable printed skort from Amazon. The knot at the hip can be loosened or tightened to fit your figure, and the built-in shorts offer protection from chafing and accidental flashings. There are seven patterns to choose from (including a very cool animal print), all of which come in sizes XS to XL.

6. Kalidi Mesh Tote Bag

Amazon Kalidi

A good beach bag should have ample room for all the essentials—towel, sunscreen, water bottle, beach read, snacks—and be easy to clean when sand inevitably sneaks its way in there. This tote checks those boxes and more, all for just $14. It comes with a built-in zippered pocket for stowing smaller items and has a re-enforced bottom to support anything and everything you can toss in there. And the mesh is open enough to easily shake free of sand, without making me worry that my headphones or phone might also slip through. Choose from one of 11 colors, or double up with a coordinating set, starting at $23.

I truly can’t believe this crochet set costs under $90, it’s just so cute. The ruffled sleeves and appliqué flowers, plus the vibrant green hue, make it ideal for a tropical getaway. Layer it over your bathing suit as a swoon-worthy coverup, or embrace the peek-a-book knit and style this duo for evening cocktails and dancing. Either way, you should prepare yourself for lots of “omg, where’d you get that?” inquires.

Headed somewhere sunny? Don’t forget to pack a hat! Not only will it protect your face from harmful UV rays, it can also do wonders to cover up second-day hair. This wide-brim style from Brixton works equally well for afternoons as the pool as it does for exploring the city center, thanks largely to the brown grosgrain ribbon looped around the base. Plus, it comes in four different sizes (XS to L), so you can sure it’ll actually fit your head the way you like.

I’ve been seeing this best-selling midi dress everywhere lately, and it’s not hard to understand why. The smocked bodice is super comfortable and flattering on a wide range of body types, and the variety of prints and patterns means there’s something for every vibe and aesthetic. Reviewers say the fabric is oh-so light and wonderfully soft, and the dress is fully lined. Add to that a pair of adjustable straps and you’ve got yourself an easy summer dress to wear all season long.

Cupshe is one of my favorite affordable swimwear brands, and so many styles are available on Amazon and included with Prime two-day shipping. This two-tone stunner has a high waist that’s both flattering and comfortable. And the top is nice and wide in back to provide ample support, with straps that can be adjusted as needed. Oh, and there are nearly 40—yes, forty—different color options to choose from, all in sizes XS to XXL.

There are few prints more iconic to summer than gingham. These blue drawstring shorts are incredibly easy to wear, and are made of 100 percent cotton for breathability. They come in sizes XS to XXL, but note that there isn’t a ton of stretch to the material (outside of the elasticated waistband, that is). So I’d be sure to double check the size chart before you order.

This bandeau maxi can be dressed up or down to fit so many different kinds of events, you’re sure to keep wearing it through the end of the year, way after those post-vacation blues wear off. (Polka dots are the print of the year, after all.) The shape is just loose enough to be supremely comfortable without adding too much volume. And there is an elastic at the back of the top to help keep everything in place as you move. It also has pockets! Choose from any of 11 colors and prints, all in US sizes 0 to 14.

If you don’t already have a timeless black one-piece, now is definitely the time to do so. Just like the LBD, a little black swimsuit will never go out of style, pairs well with any accessories or coverups and can make you feel confident and cool, no matter what else is going on. I adore the addition of a white trim on this Good American number, available in sizes XS to 5XL, to give it a bit of a sporty edge.

I am terrible at keeping good care of my sunglasses—they’re always lost in some bag or another, getting scratched or sat on or just fully lost—which is why years ago I decided it just wasn’t worth spending a ton of money on something I couldn’t keep track of. Especially when there are so many great pairs of sunnies under $50 to be found, like this duo. The slightly square shape is so ‘90s in all the best ways, and there are so many colors to choose from whether you want something classic (like black and tortoiseshell) or bold (like neon green or sunny orange).

Tie-front tops have been trending for some time now, and there are lots of options out there to choose from. But I love this denim version, which feels a bit more structured that the classic lightweight cotton, and that has an extra bow up at the collar as a cute finishing touch. It’s available in US sizes 14W to 26W, and reportedly fits true to size.

This button-up mini is giving me major Italian riviera vibes, though it would work just as well in Palm Beach or Mexico City. It’s made of 100 percent cotton and is fully lined, and those darkling buttons are indeed fully functional, giving you multiple styling options. Dress it up with some baroque pearl earrings and strappy kitten heels, or down for day with some fisherman sandals and a colorful net tote bag. As for sizing, it comes in sizes XXS to XL.
