Awww, here it goes! The iconic comedy duo Kenan and Kel reunited on Saturday Night Live and recreated a skit from their beloved Nickelodeon comedy series, Kenan & Kel. In classic reboot fashion, Kenan returns to Rigby’s, but he is joined by another trustworthy side kick: Keke Palmer. And we can say that our inner child is living for this moment. While the film may sound like every other cheesy holiday movie, it’s not. It explores deep themes—like grief and adoption—in a heartfelt way. And unlike other Hallmark-style movies, the plot is unique and unpredictable. The story follows a famous author (played by This Is Us star Justin Hartley) who’s shocked to learn that his estranged mother has passed away. And now, he’s tasked with clearing out his childhood home and sorting through her belongings. SZA changed the world of R&B with her debut album Ctrl (2017), crafting confessional anthems that quickly garnered her a devoted fanbase. And ever since that release, fans have been hungry for more, only getting more anxious as SZA dropped singles like “Good Days” and “I Hate U” throughout the past couple years. Now, we're finally getting the sophomore album we've been waiting for—titled S.O.S. (and the cover features an homage to a famous Princess Diana photo). When SZA performed as the musical guest on SNL this past weekend, a backdrop lit up behind her, revealing the release date of the album: 12/9.
