Whether you’re learning the ropes at a new job, cramming for grad school midterms or training for a half marathon, you hit a wall on the 4th that feels insurmountable. Remember that one bad run doesn’t invalidate your entire training program. Showing up again is what matters.

August and September were calm, productive and, honestly, a little boring for you. But this week, things are about to get weird.
