“Beware the Ides of March,” indeed. The astro weather this week is complicated. The sun (our life force), Mercury (our thoughts) and Mars (our actions) are all dancing a convoluted cosmic line dance with illusory Neptune. Expect exhausting in-fighting, unfounded announcements and miscommunications galore, especially from the 14th through 17th.

Simultaneously though, there’s something to look forward to! Sweet Venus moves into Taurus—the love planet’s salt of the earth home sign—on the 16th, then connects with stabilizing Saturn on the 17th. There’s some joy and comfort to be found this week, despite the confusion and burnout. When it gets to be too much, log off your work email, and have a delicious snack. You’ve earned it.

Aries

(March 21 - April 19)

This week pushes you to take that social media or news break you’ve been considering for months. Having so much information hurdled at you every day isn’t natural, and it’s starting to take a toll on your mental health. Spend some time getting back in touch with offline hobbies like baking sourdough or knitting sweaters for your sweet niece. You’ll be much happier when you reconnect with what’s tangible.

This week’s mantra: “Life happens offline.”

Taurus

(April 20 - May 20)

You’ve spent a lot of time over the last six months trying to “keep up” with your friends, and this week you might be feeling some extra FOMO. Thankfully, this week is also a homecoming of sorts as your ruling planet Venus enters your sign on the 16th. Venus allows you to get back into your body, feeling more present with yourself and grounded in your own needs. Things are messy, but that doesn’t mean you can’t treat yourself well.

This week’s mantra: “Beauty requires attention.”

Gemini

(May 21 - June 20)

For the last several months, you’ve been challenged to show up more at work or as a leader. Though it’s been gratifying, it’s also been deeply taxing on your body, and this week, the burnout arrives once again. What you learn though is that you actually feel more powerful when you’re not filling your schedule to the brim. Just because you can do it all doesn’t mean you have to do it all.

This week’s mantra: “Less is more.”

Cancer

(June 21 - July 22)

It’s been a very difficult last six months for you, Cancer. Even your highest highs and biggest achievements have been curtailed by anxieties, fears and circumstances outside of your control. This week all that stress reaches a crescendo after which you can only laugh it off. Venus moves into your friendship sector on the 16th encouraging you to spend time with those who really get you. Things will get better!

This week’s mantra: “I laugh so I don't cry.”

Leo

(July 23 - Aug 22)

Over the last six months, you’ve struggled to get ahead in your public or professional life. Your social group has changed and squabbles with coworkers have lowered your morale. A conflict from back in October may rear its ugly head again this week, and your job is to keep your integrity through the mess. Soon, all of this will be behind you as new professional and leadership opportunities begin to blossom.

This week’s mantra: “I take the higher ground.”

Virgo

(August 23 - September 23)

Your main challenge over the last six months has been trying and failing to find a work-life balance. Commitments to others have kept you from pursuing your own joy. Stress from back in October or November rears its ugly head once again this week, but finally, it does feel like you’re moving onto a new chapter. Spend some time with a new educational or spiritual pursuit this week. Something that’s just for you.

This week’s mantra: “I'm always growing.”

Libra

(September 23 - October 21)

Over the last six months, you’ve challenged yourself to pursue something huge: a career change, a big move or spiritual pursuit. The vision is clear but integrating it on the daily has been difficult. Who knew it was so hard to change your life? Though you might be hit with another round of burnout this week, you also get some much needed emotional or financial support. Ask for what you need.

This week’s mantra: “I am booked and blessed.”

Scorpio

(October 22 - November 21)

You’ve had to deal with plenty of emotional and financial baggage over the last six months, and this week, a problem that started back in October or November finally gets resolved for good. It’s time to move on to the next phase of your life! New opportunities for sweetness and connection are headed your way if you’re willing to leave the past behind.

This week’s mantra: “I move toward who inspires me.”

Sagittarius

(November 22 - December 21)

Your biggest challenge over the last six months has been building the foundation of a new relationship. First you fell in love and then you dealt with the embarrassing truth of vulnerability. It’s not easy to share yourself with someone else! This week comes with another round of partnership stage fright, but also brings solutions to help you  manage your day to day. Remember: you’re scared because this is worth it.

This week’s mantra: “Keep swimming.”

Capricorn

(December 22 - January 19)

Wow, you have been so busy over the last six months, and this week it all comes to a head once again. You don’t have time to do everything, so what do you really need to accomplish? Why are you still chasing approval from people who don’t matter? There's an opportunity to spend time this week doing what brings you joy so go ahead and make that your priority.

This week’s mantra: “Pare it down.”

Aquarius

(January 20 - February 18)

Over the last six months, you’ve struggled to decide if romance is worth your time and money. Dating isn’t cheap. You’re not only paying for the date itself, but also to maintain your image and your sanity. Not to mention that subscription to Hinge+. This week brings another stressful rendezvous. Though it initially leaves you feeling defeated, after some thought, you gain more clarity about what it is you really want.

This week’s mantra: “I know what I want.”

Pisces

(February 19 - March 20)

Though there’s always tons of pressure to “put yourself out there,” most of your work over the past six months has been internal. It’s difficult to have perspective when your circumstances are constantly in flux! This week—perhaps after one last flare of being too hard on yourself—you finally find some self-acceptance. Treat yourself to a coffee date with your BFF or day trip to a cute nearby town. You deserve something simple and sweet.

This week’s mantra: “Good clean fun.”
