Zendaya is gracing our timeline with a hot pink ensemble for a new fashion campaign.
On Instagram, the Euphoria star shared several behind-the-scenes snapshots of herself modeling for the new Valentino spring campaign. In the photos, the 25-year-old actress is standing in front of a fan while her curls are blowing in the wind. She is wearing a (nearly two-piece) pink dress with cutouts at the midsection.
But what really makes the dress pop is its open-back design. In one slide, the Spider-Man: No Way Home star is completely facing away from the camera, and we see a laced pattern connected by a string of mini-bowties. Along with the dress, she is wearing chestnut-colored sandals that are laced up to the knee. To tie the look together, the young Hollywood starlet is shown holding a pink Valentino purse.
Her supporters couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved the photos. “YESSSS DAYA YESSSS [fire emoji],” one fan wrote in the comments section. Another one said, “OK QUEEN.”
Even her Euphoria co-stars had nothing but good things to say about the snapshots. Alexa Demie (who plays Maddy on the HBO series) simply put a pink heart emoji and a crown to describe her cast member. Javon Walton (Ashtray) commented with an array of flaming fire emojis.
Speaking of Euphoria, the hit teen drama has finally returned for its second season (after a two-year-long hiatus). And while fans have been having mixed feelings about it, there’s one aspect of the show that has completely blown viewers away: Zendaya’s performance. In the show, she plays the role of Rue, a teenage girl who's struggling with addiction.
While some fans may not be so fond of Rue this season, Zendaya wants audiences to feel a sense of compassion for her. In an open statement shared to Instagram, the actress wrote, “It's my hope for people watching that they still see her as a person worthy of their love. And worthy of their time, and that she has a redemptive quality still, and that we still see the good in her even if she can't see it in herself.”
