Tracee Ellis Ross Looks So Much Like Her Parents in New IG Video

ICYMI: This past Sunday (July 24) marked National Parents’ Day. In the past, Black-ish star Tracee Ellis Ross has publicly recognized National Siblings’ Day and even National Look-Alike Day. And now, in celebration of this holiday, she decided to join in on the fun again with a video of both her parents, Diana Ross and Robert Ellis Silberstein, on social media.

On Instagram, Tracee posted a video clip that featured Mom and Dad. The clip starts off with her mother, Diana, giving her a kiss on the cheek. The Girlfriends alum acknowledges that her mother looks so beautiful and that she didn’t have a chance to get ready.

Then, the footage cuts to the 49-year-old actress standing next to her father, Robert (AKA Bob). The pair can’t stop smiling at the camera—to the point where Tracee starts laughing uncontrollably and her father joins in. Ross wrote in the caption, “I am definitely equal parts of these two. #nationalparentsday.”

In the comments section, her followers couldn’t get over the striking resemblance between her and her parents. One person wrote, “You and your dad have the exact same smile!!!” with numerous red heart emojis. Another person chimed in and said, “Mom’s eyes and dad’s nose…and smile.”

This isn’t the first time Tracee has shared a glimpse of her parents on social media. Back in April, she posted a collage photo that featured a recent photo of her alongside her parents.

In the first photo, she can be seen striking the same pose as Diana (and looking like her mother’s mini-me). The second photo shows Tracee sitting in a similar pose as her father, highlighting their uncanny resemblance. The actress wrote in the caption, “It’s the copy and paste for me. #nationallookalikeday.”

Tracee never disappoints us with her throwback pics.
