Hannah Brown’s Season of ‘The Bachelorette’ Will Premiere Much Sooner Than Expected

Last night, Colton Underwood’s journey to find love on The Bachelor came to a surprisingly happy conclusion. While we were initially bummed to have our Monday nights back, ABC just announced that Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette is coming much sooner than expected.

Today, the network revealed that season 15 of the popular series will premiere on Monday, May 13, at 8 p.m. on ABC. (That’s in two months, people.)

News about The Bachelorette broke last night during the season 23 finale of The Bachelor. After Chris Harrison announced that Hannah is the new star, he started her season early by introducing her to five contestants: Luke, Luke (yep), Dustin, Cam and Conner.

Following the meet-cutes, Hannah admitted that she was so happy with the selection, she could hand out a rose right then and there. Since there are no rules, Harrison scrambled to arrange an impromptu rose ceremony for the new Bachelorette.

While all five contestants put forth a valiant effort, Hannah ended up giving the rose to Cam, who wowed her with his spot-on freestyle rap skills.

When Hannah pinned the rose on Cam’s jacket, Harrison quickly pointed out that she never asked him to accept the rose. So, she took it off and corrected herself, saying, “Cam, would you like to accept this rose?”

Let the Bachelorette training commence.

Here’s How You (or Your Single Friend) Can Be a Contestant on Season 24 of ‘The Bachelor’
