Hannah Brown is taking on an all-new persona in the latest teaser for season 15 of The Bachelorette.
During today’s episode of Good Morning America, ABC released a first-look at the 24-year-old beauty queen’s highly anticipated season, and it appears she’s outgrown her Miss Alabama title…for good.
The clip shows Brown wearing a baby blue jumpsuit, detachable skirt, “Beauty Queen” sash and—of course—a tiara. Set to the tune of Grace’s “You Don’t Own Me,” the Bachelorette strips down until she’s free of every definitive accessory.
First comes the tiara, then comes the sash and, well, you get the idea. Shout-out to the producers for incorporating the rose petal trail, because anything is better than the usual flower shower.
We first met Brown on Colton Underwood’s season of The Bachelor, where she charmed America with her awkward, yet relatable, personality. Unfortunately, she was sent packing right before the hometown dates.
The beauty queen beat out four other contestants—Caelynn, Hannah G., Tayshia and Demi—for the highly coveted Bachelorette position. ABC announced the news during the season finale of The Bachelor, where Brown met five of her 33 suitors before holding her very first rose ceremony. She gave the first rose to Cam, who wooed her with his freestyle rap skills.
So, what’s in store for Brown’s season? If this trailer is any indication, we’re in for an, um, interesting journey.
The Bachelorette premieres on Monday, May 13, at 8 p.m. on ABC.
