  • This week, Queen Letizia of Spain attended a state banquet at the Royal Palace in Amsterdam. 
  • Some royal aficionados noticed that the queen was forced to sit while greeting the guests, but there’s a valid reason why. According to El Mundo (via Hello! magazine), Queen Letizia is suffering from chronic metatarsalgia, a condition that affects the nerves in her feet.
  • Meghan Markle appeared in a photoshoot for Alliance of Moms, a campaign that’s promoting “Love Like a Mother” T-shirts in honor of Mother’s Day. The organization shared a slideshow of photos on social media, featuring the Duchess of Sussex wearing the branded tee with friends. 
  • Markle was wearing the “Love Like a Mother” T-shirt ($60), along with a pair of Frame jeans.

  • Markle has gifted her friends with a special jam from her new lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard. A few of her celebrity acquaintances—including Tracee Ellis Ross and Mindy Kaling—posted photos on their Instagram Stories of the gift they received from the Duchess of Sussex.

  • Zara Tindall (Princess Anne’s daughter) was seen at Cheltenham Racecourse with her husband, Mike. The royal wore a deep green jacket, which featured double-breasted buttons and a belted waist.
  • During Prince William’s latest outing, the royal was approached by a volunteer who gave him two get well cards for Kate Middleton and King Charles. Prince William responded, “Thank you very much, that’s kind.”
  • The Prince of Wales wrote the opening statement to the Suicide Bereavement of UK’s newly published At Your Side guides, which provides helpful resources for military veterans and their families affected by suicide. His message was inspired by his wife, Princess Catherine.
