First, Reese Witherspoon turned heads at the 2024 Golden Globes by bringing her sonDeacon Phillippe, as her date. Then, the actress followed suit with her lookalike daughter, Ava Phillippe, at the 2024 Critics Choice Awards.

On the eve of the 75th Annual Emmy Awards, The Morning Show actress, 47, arrived at the Critics Choice red carpet donning a black, custom Celine gown with an oversized accent bow. Meanwhile, her 24-year-old daughter, Ava, twinned with her mom in a dazzling black Monique Lhuillier dress, featuring tiny beads and flower details.

On Instagram, Witherspoon shared pics from the red carpet and wrote, "Had a blast @criticschoice with my girl @avaphillippe."

One follower commented, "You both look amazing you could be sisters." Another wrote, "I love seeing you take your kids to your events!"

Witherspoon's twinning moment with her daughter wasn't the only red carpet highlight, however. The actress—who was nominated for Best Actress in a Drama Series for The Morning Show—did a brief interview with her co-star, Jennifer Aniston. And the best part? Actor Pedro Pascal joined the duo and said that he'd totally appear on the Apple TV+ series.

In response, an excited Witherspoon told Aniston, "We actually do have a really good part for him." After a beat, Aniston's jaw dropped as she looked over at Pascal, who invited the co-stars to pitch him the idea on the spot.

When Aniston and Witherspoon were asked if his role would involve anything romantic, they joked about his potential character getting involved with several people on the show. Naturally, Pascal was already sold. He said, "I'll be waiting to hear from my agents. Draw it up." So, when it comes to The Morning Show season four, we just might see Pascal make a surprise appearance. *Fingers crossed.*

While The Morning Show isn't nominated for any Emmys this year, Witherspoon's production company landed a whopping 11 Emmys nominations for the musical drama, Daisy Jones & the Six, and Hulu's Tiny Beautiful Things.

After the nominations were announced in July 2023, Witherspoon wrote on Instagram, "Incredibly thrilled for the entire @hellosunshine team for our ELEVEN Emmy nominations for @daisyjonesandthesix & @tinybeautifulhulu!!!! These shows, their casts and creative teams deserve it ALL."

Major congrats to Witherspoon and her team for these well-deserved Emmy nods!
