On Instagram, the 40-year-old actress shared a few snaps of herself on the set of Pooch Perfect and dazzled in a red gown with matching shoes—a look that may seem very familiar to royal enthusiasts. In the caption, she wrote, "Loving myself SICK in this dress! Make-up: @melhweaver Hair: @cherylrmarks Styling: @elizabethstewart1 Dress: @safiyaa_official."
If the cape-sleeve Safiyaa gown is looking familiar, it's because the Duchess of Sussex also rocked the same dress while attending the Mountbatten Festival of Music with Prince Harry in March. At the time, Markle paired the gown with matching accessories and red shoes.

Wilson's fashionable snap comes just a few days after she shared a pic of her Super Bowl look, including a trendy denim dress with a yellow cropped cardigan.
