Priyanka Chopra Jonas is soaking up that good ol’ California sun in a new car selfie.
On Tuesday, the 39-year-old actress made her return to Instagram after recently welcoming her first child, who she shares with her husband Nick Jonas.
While facing the rearview mirror of the car, Chopra Jonas snapped a photo with her cell phone—and even donned a pair of black sunglasses in the second pic.
The Matrix Resurrections star rocked brown, wavy curls (with a touch of highlights) and a pink-tinted lip. She added the caption, “The light feels right,” with a twinkly star emoji.
Fans couldn’t stop raving about her return to the platform. “Welcome Back!” one fan wrote. “Congratulations Super Mommy! So happy for you and your hubby.” Another person noticed Chopra Jonas had a radiating glow and said, “Glowwwwwwww.”
Back in January, the couple welcomed a beautiful baby girl via surrogate. In an Instagram post at the time, Chopra Jonas shared that she and Nick were “overjoyed” to have a new addition to their family. She then asked everyone for “privacy” so they could “focus on our family.”
Chopra Jonas previously shared her desire to start a family with Vanity Fair. In the February 2022 issue, she said that children were a “big part of our desire for the future. By God's grace, when it happens, it happens.”
The couple tied the knot in December 2018. In one portion of the festivities, which honored her Hindu roots, the two proclaimed their love for each other through a ceremony led by the groom's father, Paul Kevin Jonas, Sr., in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Nick’s brothers, Joe and Kevin Jonas stood beside him as his groomsman.
