It’s always fun to see members of the royal family doing something out of the ordinary. For instance, Prince William, who you perhaps most often see standing stoically at important events, just showed off his polo skills in a slo-mo video shared on social media.

“Raising money for some incredible charities,” read the Instagram caption, posted on Prince William’s and Princess Kate Middleton’s official account, @princeandprincessofwales. The 43-year-old took part in the Out-Sourcing Inc. Royal Charity Polo Cup at Guards Polo Club, within view of Windsor Castle. The annual event fundraises for various causes, many of which are officially supported by the royal couple.

In the video, he sports a blue polo shirt with the number four, white pants, a black and white polo helmet and proper riding shoes. You can see him walking the field, riding horseback and swinging for the win.

This year, the Polo Cup has raised more than $14 million for groups including British Red Cross, East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices, The Royal African Society and Child Bereavement UK. It’s the Prince’s 14th time participating in the yearly match.

The princess wasn’t in attendance, as she’s slowly reentering the public sphere after her cancer treatment. However, she commented on the video to let him know she was cheering him on spirit, writing “Well done, William!” with a red heart emoji. Aww.

“Princess Catherine has been recuperating behind the scenes,” royal expert Neil Sean told Fox News Digital last week. “An excellent source told me she is living in the moment and has no time for drama… or difficult family members.”

As far as her wellness plan goes, she’s been going to ballet with her daughter, Princess Charlotte, walking in nature, practicing photography and playing the piano, the last of which she calls “the best therapy known to her,” according to Sean.
