Prince William Ditches Signature Suit for Cute, Casual Look During Solo Outing

Still as dapper as ever

If there’s one thing Prince William has mastered, it’s dressing for the occasion. Whether he’s looking sharp in a top hat and tails at the Sovereign’s Garden Party, blending in with full camo during a visit to the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards or sticking to his go-to navy blue suit, he knows how to make a look work. And this week's outing is no exception.

Earlier this week, the Prince of Wales traveled to Hereford, England, to visit Lower Blakemere Farm, a Duchy Focus Farm. The multigenerational farm has become a leader in regenerative farming and diversification practices as part of its journey to net zero. Lower Blakemere is one of seven Focus Farms in the Duchy of Cornwall, sharing valuable insights and experiences on greener farming transitions. For the occasion, Prince William swapped his usual formal attire for a more casual ensemble.

The Prince of Wales kept it laid-back but polished, sporting jeans, a forest green jacket and a grey hat. Of course, he couldn’t stray too far from his signature navy blue, layering a dark blue half-zip sweater over a collared shirt. Oh, and his scruffy trimmed beard? Still very much intact.

Prince William isn’t the only style chameleon in the family. Kate Middleton has also been serving major looks lately. She looked chic in an all-black outfit at a recent event and earlier this month, she turned heads in a double-breasted burgundy and orange tartan coat. Oh, and don’t forget her chic monochromatic burgundy ensemble from December.

With both royals consistently bringing their fashion A-game, I can’t wait to see what they’ll wear next.
