When it comes to celeb couples, it’s hard to know what’s real and what’s just Hollywood magic. Are they actually in love or just fueling the PR machine for their latest project? We’ve seen it all before—from Glenn Powell and Sydney Sweeney to the iconic Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The latest duo sparking dating rumors? Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson.

The two star in the recent Naked Gun film and have been looking very cozy during their promo tour. From red carpet kisses to playful late-night TV banter, people are wondering if the chemistry goes beyond the screen. But while Pam and Liam are keeping things vague, a body language expert is weighing in with some interesting insight.

Darren Stanton, speaking on behalf of Fruity King, told PureWow, “Personally, I don’t believe it’s a real relationship. It feels very much like something designed for publicity and to promote the film. When I look at their body language, I just don't see the key signs of what we call 'interpersonal attraction' or 'reciprocal liking' on a romantic level."

He adds that while Liam is typically seen in more serious roles, his foray into comedy alongside Pam could be part of a crafted narrative to help sell him as a believable comedic lead. "Their exchanges are quite theatrical, and it feels slightly staged. There’s no prolonged eye contact between them, nothing over the 10-second mark, which is often a strong indicator of genuine romantic connection."

Stanton doesn’t deny they have chemistry but thinks it’s more about the job than the feels. "While they clearly get along well and may have developed a strong on-set chemistry, I don’t think there’s any deep romance happening here," Stanton said.

Whether it’s true love or just good PR, we’ll have to wait and see. Hollywood loves a mystery romance—especially when it comes with box office potential.
