Michael B. Jordan Wants This Marvel Star to Be the Next ‘Sexiest Man Alive’

We always have our eyes peeled to see who will take the crown when People magazine announces their pick for “Sexiest Man Alive” each year. Now, one of the former recipients, Michael B. Jordan, has a suggestion for who should be next: Jonathan Majors.

The 36-year-old actor recently made an appearance on the daytime talk show Sherri, alongside Majors and Tessa Thompson, to promote their new film, Creed III. During the visit, Jordan made the case for Majors to be named “Sexiest Man Alive.”

“I'm volunteering my man Jonathan Majors for the next ‘Sexiest Man Alive,’” Jordan told host Sherri Shepherd. “I think it's got to be Jonathan.”

When Shepherd asked Jordan if he had any advice for Majors in trying to nab the title, Jordan responded: “I don't think he needs any advice. I think he's doing the best thing by staying off of social media. And just kind of focusing on the work. And if he needs me, he has a wingman right here.”

Jordan was crowned People's “Sexiest Man Alive” back in 2020, but the current title-holder is Chris Evans (AKA Captain America). When Majors was asked how he feels being considered a sex symbol, he replied, “It's so cool because it brings focus to the art, and it brings focus to whatever else. But I got my man here [Michael], who is also a sex symbol, so I just follow my brother here.”

In addition to starring alongside Jordan in Creed III, Majors also just saw the release of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, where he plays Kang the Conqueror. He's also set to play Dennis Rodman in a forthcoming movie titled 48 Hours in Las Vegas.

We certainly approve of your choice, Michael.
