Lady Amelia Windsor (aka Prince Harry and Prince William's third cousin) is saying hello to summer with a new beach blonde hairstyle.
In a series of photos shared to her Instagram Story, the 28-year-old royal can be seen showing off her brand-new ‘do. One snap (shared by Hello! Magazine) shows the model smiling widely as her hairdresser blow-dries her hair.
Before she does the big reveal, Amelia further teases her new hairstyle by sharing a cheeky snap of her discarded hair on the salon floor. And if that wasn’t enough, the royal playfully captioned the photo with the bulging eye emoji. So, without further ado, here is the final look…
In a candid mirror vid, the University of Edinburgh grad proudly shakes her head from side to side, showing her short-cut bob in all its glory. While tagging the name of her stylist and the salon, Amelia posts a scissor emoji. And can I just say that I am loving this hairstyle on her?
In case you didn’t know, Lady Amelia Windsor is the granddaughter of Prince Edward, the Duke of Kent, who is first cousin to the late Queen Elizabeth II. And she just so happens to be the 43rd royal in line to the throne. Aside from her royal status, Amelia has modeled for well-known brands such as Chanel, Bulgari and Azzedine Alaïa.
Before cutting her hair, Amelia attended the BFC/Vogue Designer Fashion Fund Winner Announcement event in London on May 16. In a photo slideshow shared on her Instagram page, the royal can be seen posing in a chic black dress while her long hair falls over her shoulders.
