Kelly Ripa Posts Sweet Video of Mark Consuelos & Rescue Pup Lena

Mark Consuelos is getting a lot of love from his family this week, especially from one of his dogs.

On Wednesday, Kelly Ripa shared a handful of videos on her personal Instagram account, featuring her husband cuddling their rescue pup, Lena. In the clip, which was filmed at an undisclosed location, we see the 50-year-old actor petting the pup who gets comfortable in his lap. “Lena ❤️s @instasuelos,” Ripa wrote alongside the videos.

Unfortunately, the clips were shared on the Live with Kelly and Ryan co-host’s Instagram Story, so they’re no longer available. Lucky for us, we managed to capture a few shots of the vid before it disappeared. See them below.

This isn’t the first glimpse we’ve gotten of Consuelos's close relationship with Lena. Earlier this year, the Live star shared another video on IG featuring the 50-year-old Riverdale star laying in their shared bed at their home in NYC. “I have broken @instasuelos,” she wrote alongside the clip, “Notice Lena in bed.”

It seems Consuelos has a strict no dogs in bed policy (or should we say, he used to). The All My Children alum shared a second vid which featured not one, but two dogs—Lena and Chewie—cuddling with Consuelos in bed. “@instasuelos a broken man,” she wrote. “2 dogs in bed.”

While Chewie has been in the family for a while, Ripa revealed in March that the family decided to adopt Lena (a Maltese/Shih Tzu mix), who first appeared on the talk show as part of their Happy Pets segment.

And after a few short months, it looks like Lena has Mark in the palm of her hands Paws.
