Just because Kate Middleton married into the royal family doesn’t mean she can’t engage in some friendly competition from time to time.
Today, the Duchess of Cambridge, 40, paid a visit to Twickenham Stadium, where she participated in a basic training session with England’s rugby team. After meeting the coaches and players, Middleton showed off her athleticism by joining their practice. The royal was seen throwing, catching and running with the ball alongside a group of players, who seemed impressed by her skills.
