Jennifer Lopez has been pulling out all kinds of stunning looks on the red carpet, whether she's giving us wedding dress chic or reimagining her most iconic outfits from the past. Last night at the MTV Movie & TV Awards, the Marry Me actress was honored with the prestigious MTV Generation Award, which according to MTV, celebrates “beloved actors whose diverse contributions to both film and television have turned them into household names.” Of course, we knew J.Lo was going to look good as she accepted this honor, and she certainly didn't disappoint with her rock 'n' roll-inspired outfit.
The 52-year-old star showed up looking like Joan Jett in an all-black ensemble that was styled by Mariel Haenn and Rob Zangardi. The duo fitted the Hustlers actress in a black gown from MÔNOT, which included a floor-length skirt and a low-cut leather bodice with a zipper detail on the front. The dress was paired with a matching black clutch from Jimmy Choo, J.Lo brand Junnie shoes from DSW and silver jewelry courtesy of Candy Ice.
Lopez showed off her arrival on the red carpet with a video posted to Instagram, which she simply captioned, “Hi.”
