She may still be just Jenny from the block, but Dancing with the Stars judge Jennifer Lopez is willing to give a lot. As in, $1-million-a-lot.
The singer just announced her seven-figure donation to the victims of the most recent destructive storm, Hurricane Maria, on Sunday morning during a press conference with New York governor Andrew Cuomo.
The hurricane, which plowed through Puerto Rico last Wednesday, left at least ten dead and millions without power and cell phone service. Lopez herself mentioned that she has not heard from her relatives on the island since the storm hit.
Of course, while we wish we had an extra milly to donate, no donatation is too small to help the country in total crisis. Here are three organizations you can donate to right now to help: Unidos por Puerto Rico, Dominica Hurricane Relief Fund and All Hands Volunteers (U.S. Virgin Islands relief).
