Whether she’s wearing a wedding dress on the red carpet or casually revealing her engagement ring, Jennifer Lawrence always has an effortless air about her. As such, her latest chill-but-chic look majorly caught our eye. Judging from the pics, her fiancé felt the same way.
The newly engaged 28-year-old Dark Phoenix star gave off all the off-duty model vibes as she made her way into Jimmy Kimmel Live! set in Los Angeles yesterday.
Lawrence kept her hair casual, opting for trendy beach waves with round Ray-Ban sunglasses ($153) and a tangle of dainty necklaces, including the Anita Ko large diamond Twiggy necklace in rose gold ($6,400). The centerpiece of this outfit was obviously the midi-length red leather skirt that she casually paired with a cropped AMO Babe tee ($95). Leave it to J-Law to make a red leather skirt look totally easy to wear.
She finished the look with Sophia Webster strappy black Nicole heels and voila. It’s polished, simple and easy to replicate—maybe not the leather skirt part, but cotton will do just fine.
We’d be remiss not to mention that her fiancé, art gallery director Cooke Maroney, appears to be standing in the background (scope him at the top right corner) just appreciating how great she looks. His expression and his hand over his mouth really says it all, amirite?
