Jenna Dewan Rocks Gorgeous Sheer Dress—and I'm Obsessed with the Cutouts

When it comes to putting together a look that makes you feel absolutely stunning (and yes, maybe a little sexy), sometimes less is more. You don’t need to bare it all, subtle details can be just as powerful. Case in point: Jenna Dewan’s latest outfit.

The Rookie star, 44, recently took to Instagram to share a few stunning snaps of herself ahead of ABC’s “End of Summer Soirée,” held at Cecconi’s in West Hollywood on September 5. For the occasion, she wore a floor-length spaghetti strap gown with details that are hard not to obsess over, mainly the variation of cutouts.

The dress featured a V-neckline with a single strap crossing the chest and a diamond-shaped cutout just below. The dress also featured sheer side panels on the bodice and a fully sheer skirt from the knee down.

The dress was a total standout on its own and how Jenna styled it really tied everything together. She wore her brunette hair in a sleek side part with soft waves cascading over her shoulder. Her makeup was fresh and glowy, with soft pink tones on her lids and lips.

For accessories, the Step Up alum went bold with a choker-like necklace, a few dainty bracelets and just one ring aside from her engagement sparkler from fiancé Steve Kazee. She captioned the post with a single light blue heart emoji.

Of course, Jenna isn’t all red carpet glam. She’s just as likely to be sharing dance videos or peeks at mother-daughter trips with her kids. And when she’s not working or parenting, she’s all about recentering. In a separate Instagram post on September 1, she got real about how she grounds herself.

“How do I get back to the presence?” she wrote in the caption. “List five things I’m grateful for, dance, write a love letter, take a bath, call a friend, slow down to listen to the guidance that’s always there when we’re quiet. Tell me some of your favorite ways to get back.”
