Hilary Duff's blonde hair is so last week.
The 33-year-old actress proved that blue is the new blonde in an Instagram post from over the weekend. In the caption, Duff thanked her stylists, Riawna Capri and Nikki Lee, and wrote, "Love you guys the most ♥️ and I swear this doesn’t mean I’m having a boy... my mom thought I was trying to tell everyone something! We still don’t know who’s occupying my apartment- but it’s getting the eviction notice soon-ish."
This is not the first time the Younger star has explored different hair colors. Previously, Duff treated her locks to a platinum "winter whiteout" and even received a teal lob just last year. Now, Duff has returned to her "true blue" and explains in her post that, "The minute I got home from New York I needed a change."
In addition to some glamorous selfies, the mother-of-two can be seen in the slideshow snuggling up with her husband, Matthew Koma, and her son, Luca. Duff is expecting her third child to arrive later this year and after announcing her pregnancy last October, she has kept quite busy. She recently sat down with PureWow for an exclusive interview to discuss three major projects that she has in the works (and this doesn't even include raising her two kids or filming her hit TV show).
As the former Lizzie McGuire star pursues these next steps, it seems a hair makeover was part of that transition. We are loving the new look and so is mother-to-be, Mandy Moore, who commented, "You’re the coolest, lady."
