Gabrielle Union Just Chopped Off All Her Hair & We Love It

We all know that satisfying feeling of a transformation. At one point or another, everyone gets struck with the urge to completely revamp their wardrobe or dye their hair blue just to have some sense of restoration and revitalization in their life.

Well, Gabrielle Union can certainly relate to that feeling. The Bring It On star just went through a complete hair transformation and we are totally obsessed with her new 'do. Union—who has been rocking a chic bob as of late—decided to chop off all her hair and she shared the result to her Instagram account.

The 48-year-old actress said, “So, I did a thing [smiley face emoji]. The movies always show women cutting their hair when all is lost but I wanted to know the feeling of making a change when things are gravy. It hits different and its foreign to me but I ❤❤❤ this new new. #SummerChop #FlawlessChop #FlawlessCut.”

In the series of photos, Union is seen wearing a black mini dress with white polka dots, which she accessorized with two gold chain necklaces and a pair of large golden hoops. However, it's her new cut that upstages the 'fit.

Union used the assistance of her go-to hairstylist, Larry Jarah Sims, for the new 'do, which was created using the actress's haircare line, Flawless by GU. With the dramatically shorter cut, Union's curls have room to shine and Sims beautifully styled her baby hairs as well.

Fellow celebs were obsessed with the hair evolution, like Insecure star Yvonne Orji, who said, “Okayyy curls poppin!!” Other stars like Ashanti and Regina Hall left heart-eyed emojis, while Ashlee Marie Preston said, “Betty Boop could NEVA!” Meanwhile, some noticed how Union was twinning even more closely with her daughter, Kaavia. Deborah Cox commented, “Kaavia!!!”

We live for all your beauty choices, Gabrielle.
