Many direct-to-consumer, millennial-aesthetic brands deliver on looks but not quality—Caraway cookware is the rare exception that offers both. Starting today, the brand is adding three limited-edition colors to its portfolio for summer 2021, dubbed the Full Bloom Collection.

The pretty, dreamscape-inspired hues—Peach, Lavender and Sky Blue—arrive accented with gold handles and feature the same slick, nonstick ceramic coating of the brand’s original line. Everything is oven-safe up to 550°F and stovetop agnostic, so it’s compatible with gas, electric and induction burners.

The new colors are available exclusively as full sets, containing a 10.5-inch fry pan, 3-quart sauce pan, 4.5-quart sauté pan, 6.5-qt. Dutch oven, three lids, a magnetic, modular storage rack and canvas sleeve for the lids. The set costs $495, a steep but worthwhile price tag if you’re serious about cooking or looking to upgrade your current cookware. (FYI, we rated Caraway 90 points out of 100 in our PureWow100 review, and have been cooking with it ever since.)

With summer entertaining on the horizon, what better way to get in the mood than with glossy new pots and pans?
