If you’re in need of a good book reco, Camilla Parker Bowles has you covered.

Clarence House shared Bowles’s favorite summer books along with a few quotes from the duchess herself. We don’t know about you, but we love a royally approved reading list.

Check out what she had to say, plus the five books, below.

“I am delighted to share a few more of my favourite books. At present, it might be ambitious to describe them as ‘beach reads,’ but I very much hope they provide a welcome bit of escapism,” she said in a statement.

This wasn’t the first time the Duchess of Cornwall shared a list of her go-to books. Back in April, she shared nine titles to read during quarantine from authors like Charles Dickens, Philip Pullman and Elizabeth Jane Howard, to name a few.

Now, she’s back with five more books (and why she loves each one so much):

  1. The Woman in White by Wilkie Collins
  2. Girl by Edna O’Brien
  3. Roy Grace Series by Peter James
  4. The Queen’s Necklace by Alexandre Dumas
  5. The Island by Victoria Hislop

4. The Queen’s Necklace by Alexandre Dumas

Bowles-Parker is not above royal fiction. Loosely based on a royal scandal of the 1780s, this novel looks into the Marie Antoinette and the unpredictable roller coaster of the royal family (fictionalized, of course).
