We never thought we’d say this, but we’ll miss Chris Harrison and his obsession with the word “dramatic” after The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart, since Clare Crawley’s season of The Bachelorette is postponed until further notice. The good news? ABC is apparently aware of our dilemma, because the network is developing a brand-new TV show to hold us over.
Yesterday, ABC announced that it’s taking a walk down memory lane with The Bachelor: The Most Unforgettable—Ever!, which will premiere on Monday, June 8. The series will consist of ten three-hour (!) episodes that revisit some of the franchise’s most memorable moments from the past 18 years, like Jason Mesnick’s infamous switch-up in season 13 of The Bachelor. #NeverForget
Of course, this also includes haunting rose ceremonies, proposal rejections, explosive arguments and meltdowns that can only be described as “dramatic.” (Harrison’s words, not ours.)
In an interview with Variety, Harrison discussed The Bachelor: The Most Unforgettable—Ever! and confirmed that he’ll host the episodes from outside the famous Bachelor mansion. He’ll not only introduce never-before-seen footage, but he’ll also virtually check in with former contestants (because three hours is a lot of time to fill).
