Netflix just added two familiar faces to The Baby-Sitters Club reboot, and we’re totally bugging.
Alicia Silverstone and Mark Feuerstein are set to star in the live-action remake of the beloved book series by Ann M. Martin, according to The Hollywood Reporter. (Silverstone is best known for playing Cher Horowitz in Clueless, while Feuerstein is widely recognized for his role as Hank Lawson in Royal Pains.)
The duo will play Elizabeth Thomas-Brewer and Watson Brewer—the mother and stepfather of Kristy Thomas (aka the founder of The Baby-Sitters Club).
The ten-episode TV show will be based on the best-selling book series. It will follow five friends—Kristy (duh), Mary Anne Spier, Claudia Kishi, Stacey McGill and Dawn Schafer—as they launch a babysitting business in their hometown of Stoneybrook, Connecticut.
