This week, Netflix released the first official trailer for Atlas, which stars J.Lo, 54, as a data analyst.

The clip introduces viewers to the story line, which follows a woman who has major distrust in the futuristic world she’s living in. When a mission goes awry, she must rely on one of her biggest fears: artificial intelligence.
In addition to Lopez, cast members include Simu Liu (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings), Sterling K. Brown (American Fiction), Gregory James Cohan (A Little Water), Abraham Popoola (The Curse), Lana Parrilla (Once Upon a Time) and Mark Strong (Kingsman: Secret Service).
The film is directed by Brad Peyton (San Andreas), while Leo Sardarian (The Expansion Project) and Aron Eli Coleite (Locke & Key) wrote the screenplay.

Lopez has been keeping busy as of late. Her last Netflix movie, The Mother, premiered in May 2023 and immediately became one of the streaming service’s top-rated films. In fact, it’s the eighth most-watched English-language movie on Netflix to date.
Most recently, J.Lo released a film on Prime Video, This Is Me…Now: A Love Story, along with a documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told. Plus, she debuted a brand-new album, titled This Is Me... Now, in February 2024.
